Our rental pricing structure is based on the value of each item, ensuring that customers have access to luxury while we preserve the long-term value of the pieces. Additionally, our comprehensive policies and insurance options give both customers and the company peace of mind, ensuring that each item remains in excellent condition throughout its rental period.

 

Rental Pricing Structure

 

Immortal Archives offers flexible and transparent rental pricing for all garments. The rental cost is based on a percentage of the retail or market value of each item, reflecting its rarity, condition, and brand prestige.

For daily rentals, our pricing will range from 7.9% to 10% of the item’s retail value, depending on the garment’s brand, condition, and exclusivity. The daily rental rate will be calculated based on the following scale:

• 10% per day – For pieces valued under $1,000 (or 25,000,000 VND)

• 8.9% per day – For pieces valued between $1,000 and $5,000

• 7.9% per day – For pieces valued over $5,000

Example:

• For a jacket valued at $3,000, the daily rental price will be $270 (8.9% of $3,000).

Damage, Wear, and Maintenance Policies

   •       Damage or Loss: If an item is returned with damage beyond normal wear, we will assess the extent of the damage and charge accordingly. This may include partial or full forfeiture of the security deposit. In cases of irreparable damage, the customer may be responsible for the total retail value of the item.

   •       Flaws or Excessive Wear: If the item is returned with visible signs of excessive wear, staining, or odor that cannot be cleaned or restored, the customer will be charged for the necessary cleaning or repair services. If the garment cannot be repaired to its original condition, the customer may be asked to cover the full retail value of the item.

   •       Refund Policy: Any refundable deposit will be returned in full within 7 business days after the rental period ends, assuming the garment is returned in its original condition. If any charges for damage or excessive wear are assessed, they will be deducted from the deposit before the refund is issued.

 

Pending Fees and Initial Charges

 

At the start of the rental agreement, all customers will be required to pay the full rental fee for the agreed rental period, plus the insurance fee and the security deposit. The rental fee is calculated based on the garment’s value and the chosen rental period. These charges are processed upfront, and no further payments will be required during the rental term unless damages or additional fees apply.

 

Agreement Confirmation

 

By entering into a rental agreement with Immortal Archives, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined above. The customer agrees to pay all fees as specified, including the rental fee, insurance fee, and security deposit, and to return the garment in its original condition. Should there be any damage or loss, the customer understands that the security deposit may be withheld or additional fees may be charged.

 

Immortal Archives reserves the right to modify these terms and pricing as necessary, but all rental agreements will be honored as per the terms agreed upon at the time of booking.
